International student orientation webinars

Running throughout September and October, our webinar series will help you to prepare and settle into life at UCL.

To help you prepare for your new exciting journey, we are holding a webinar series to take you through the essential information you will need to commence your student life at UCL, whether coming to London or engaging remotely in Term 1.

International Student Orientation Webinars

The UCL International Student Support team hold orientation webinars for new international students. In each webinar, a member of the Student Support and Wellbeing team will be joined by a current/recently graduated UCL student known as a Global Ambassadors. The Global Ambassador will share their first-hand experience relating to non-academic matters such as: banking, healthcare, transport, food and much more. In addition to the Global Ambassador speaking about their own experiences, there will also be an open question and answer session where we will address questions from participants.

To participate:

  • Choose a time slot from the timetable below that best fits your schedule - as the webinars will cover largely the same content, we would only advise that you attend one session
  • Click on the event link of the webinar that you will attend
  • Complete the online registration
  • After you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email on your booking. A link to the event will be sent to you shortly before the webinar.

Please note - the International Student Orientation Webinars for September 2020 have now finished. This page will be updated with new information when they start again.
