To help you prepare for your new exciting journey, we are holding a webinar series to take you through the essential information you will need to commence your student life at UCL, whether coming to London or engaging remotely in Term 1.

The UCL International Student Support team hold orientation webinars for new international students. In each webinar, a member of the Student Support and Wellbeing team will be joined by a current/recently graduated UCL student known as a Global Ambassadors. The Global Ambassador will share their first-hand experience relating to non-academic matters such as: banking, healthcare, transport, food and much more. In addition to the Global Ambassador speaking about their own experiences, there will also be an open question and answer session where we will address questions from participants.

- Complete the online registration
- After you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email on your booking. A link to the event will be sent to you shortly before the webinar.

The UCL Immigration Advice Team is running weekly virtual drop-in sessions to help you with any questions related to your Tier 4 visa applications, EU Settlement Scheme or other immigration matters. Read more information about the immigration virtual drop-in sessions and book an appointment.
The UCL Student Enquiries Center will hold two sessions on how to print off your own proof of student status, bank letter or statement of award letters from Portico on Thursday 8 October 2020. If you have any questions in this regard, please book and attend one of the sessions: 11am to 11:30am or 2pm to 2:30pm.
The Students' Union UCL runs a Language and Writing Programme to help international students with their speaking and writing. This involves workshops, one-to-ones on specific pieces of work, and “Coffee and conversation” sessions.
The first support session of the new academic year will be held on Friday 2 Oct 2020 from 12 pm to 2pm BST. Find out more about language support and book the session.
