The health insurance reimbursement claim process for students abroad in 2023-24 is now managed on Moodle.
If you are required to purchase mandatory health insurance coverage to study abroad at your host institution, you can claim a reimbursement of the cost through UCL. Please note that admin fees, orientation fees etc. are not reimbursable costs.
Undergraduate students who are completing a study abroad placement for a term or a full year in 2023-2024 can now submit their reimbusement claim requests via the UCL Students Abroad Moodle course. If you have not already been added to the course, you are likely not eligble for mandatory health insurance reimbursement.
