Student Support and Wellbeing Services have joined up with the Students' Union team to bring you free Sound Healing and Sound Meditation sessions as part of Exam Season Toolkit.

Immerse yourself in the therapeutic embrace of healing sound vibrations during this gentle meditation session, curated for the ultimate relaxation and stress relief. Perfect for an afternoon break, this unique experience invites you to let go of stress and find tranquillity.

The benefits of sound healing

1. Stress reduction and relaxation: the resonating tones create a soothing atmosphere, helping to alleviate stress and tension.

2. Mental clarity and mindfulness: the immersive sound experience can facilitate a meditative state, promoting mental clarity and mindfulness.

3. Energy balancing and vibrational healing: the vibrational frequencies produced by the gong are believed to have a harmonising effect on the body, promoting a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Reserve your spot for one of the three exclusive sessions. Spaces are limited ensuring an intimate and personalised experience. We recommend securing your place in advance.
