Exam Season Toolkit: Petrie Museum Art Evening

To relax and recharge as exam season approaches, join us for a chilled art evening in the Petrie Museum.

You'll have the opportunity to draw artefacts in the museum or draw something inspired from what you see here. There will also be materials if you wish to make a collage inspired by the contents of the museum. There will be members of the amazing UCL Museums team who can share their knowledge with you about the artefacts and more broadly about Egyptology and Sudanese archaeology - they will be running a few optional mini-tours of the Museums on the evening. If you'd like to join a tour, you can do so on the evening!

All materials will be provided and you are able to bring your creation home after the session. This is a drop-in so feel free to arrive at anytime and stay as long as you wish.

Please feel free to bring friends, or come on your own! Our events are open to everyone and are a great opportunity to meet new people in a relaxed, friendly and inclusive setting. Members of the Student Support and Wellbeing Services team will be there to support you in making these connections with others too. We look forward to meeting you!

Please note we are unable to have food or drink in the museum space.

Notice: there is a human skeleton on display in the Petrie Museum. If you do not feel comfortable seeing this, please let us know via the additional requirements text box on the booking form and we can cover the box for the duration of the session.
