Beating the winter blues
As the days get shorter and the winter months set in, it's common to feel more down, stressed, or disconnected. Our brief online workshop is designed to help you navigate these challenges using proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, tailored to manage depression and maintain your wellbeing throughout the winter months.
In this session, you'll learn:
- How to identify and challenge negative thought patterns that can affect your mood during the colder months.
- Practical CBT techniques for managing stress, staying motivated, and boosting your emotional resilience in winter.
- Simple strategies to help you stay connected, active, and positive, even when the weather makes it tough.
This workshop offers actionable tools to support your mental health, keep your spirits up, and ensure you thrive during the winter. Join Camden Talking Therapies and take control of your wellbeing this season.
The session will be delivered by NHS Camden and Islington Talking Therapies, a free and confidential service. Camden Talking Therapies (formerly iCope) offer support for problems that many students face during their studies, such as stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia.
