Dr Guy Meadows is the Co-founder & Clinical Director of Sleep School, a London-based clinic formed of global sleep experts (PhD) treating individuals for common sleep-related issues, insomnia and sleep disorders. Passionate about educating people on the importance of sleep, Guy is a leading figure in the area of chronic insomnia.


The cooler months can present unique challenges to our sleep. We tend to need more deep sleep in the winter, but can feel more tired during the daytime.

In this webinar, Guy will give you his top tips for sleeping well throughout the winter.
