Escape the winter weather and join us for a fun afternoon of games, puzzles and mindful colouring.

Bring your friends, or come on your own - everyone is welcome! This will be a relaxed session where you can hang out and enjoy the many advantages of games, puzzles and mindful colouring, such as:

  1. Stress reduction: unwind, divert your mind from stressors and give yourself a mental break.
  2. Social interaction: whether you're playing a team game or sharing pens and pencils whilst drawing, social connections contribute to a sense of community.
  3. Mood enhancement: a sense of achievement increases mood-boosting chemicals such as endorphins, improving your emotional state.
  4. Mindfulness and focus: concentrating on a game or drawing can serve as a form of mindfulness, helping you stay present and in the moment.

Feel free to drop in at any time between 2pm and 4.30pm. To ensure your spot, we kindly request you to book in advance. Complimentary refreshments will be provided to all attendees.
