When faced with obstacles in your academic or personal life, it can be all too easy to fall into a 'fixed mindset' of negative thoughts, self-doubt and feeling stuck. These are very normal feelings to experience during times of stress or change. We're here to show you how you can change a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.
Building resilience can help you to begin your journey of personal growth. These techniques can be the key to your personal and professional development, setting you up for success in life after university.
Led by an expert in growth mindset training, our Building Resilience talk will teach you how to:
- Shift your mindset to embrace challenges
- Be persistent and consistent
- Let go of your fear of failure and embrace feedback
- Identify your strengths
- Apply practical techniques to your everyday life
Spaces are limited, so please be sure to book your ticket in advance.
