This event is run by Student Advisers in Student Support and Wellbeing Services specifically for students in the Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment.
To celebrate World Mental Health Day (10 October), we wanted to take this opportunity to raise awareness around the importance of mental health and talking about it, especially as a university student. Take some time out of your day to relax and recharge on a walk around Bloomsbury with your Student Adviser and ask us any questions you might have.
Meet us outside 22 Gordon Street at 11.45am. The walk lasts from 12pm-1pm. Take this opportunity to meet other students, then return to your studies with renewed motivation, and hopefully a few good tips around maintaining your wellbeing under your belt.
Spaces are limited, so be sure to book your spot!
