In his first webinar, Guy will talk you through all the sleep essentials you need to succeed throughout the academic year.
His second webinar is designed for neurodiverse students, providing practical tips for improving your nighttime routines and sleeping better with neurodiversity.
Webinar 1: Sleep Essentials
Monday 14 October, 5.30pm-6.30pm (aimed at all UCL students).
Location: online via Zoom. You will receive the link to join the event in your order confirmation email, and in a reminder email before the event starts.

- Sleep’s crucial role in supporting our mental, emotional and physical health.
- Review of the group's sleep stats and comparison to both national and industry averages.
- How much sleep do we need and how to manage a sleep debt.
- How to create a regular sleep/work/life routine to improve our sleep quality.
- Effectively managing nighttime waking.
- How to optimise your lifestyle habits for better sleep.
