Keeping in control and understanding when we're not

Wednesday 16th October, 12pm-1pm (Haldane Room)

Have you ever found yourself scrolling for hours on social media? Have you ever reached for another drink or sugar fix when you know you’ve had enough?

Join the CUBE Clinic in this relaxed session, where we will discuss how we develop habits and how we can keep them in control.

This talk will address topics such as:

  • Are we in control of our behaviour and habits? How do we know if we’re not?
  • How does this play out in university life?
  • How do you keep in control: toolkit (considering prevention, harm reduction and coping techniques) and where and when to seek support.

Spaces are limited, so please book your spot in advance.

Thursday 24th October, 5.30pm-6.30pm (online webinar)

The webinar will cover the same content as the in-person session.

You will receive the link to join the event in your order confirmation email, and in a reminder email before the event starts. Please be sure to book your spot in advance.
