Games and Puzzles Drop-in
Student Support and Wellbeing Services are organising an evening of great games, mind-bending puzzles and the opportunity to forge new connections.
Stimulate your mind, develop strategic thinking and foster valuable social skills. The key advantages of games and puzzles include:
- Stress reduction: unwind, divert your mind from stressors and give yourself a mental break.
- Social interaction: whether you're working in a team or playing with friends or family, social connections contribute to a sense of community.
- Mood enhancement: a sense of achievement increases mood-boosting chemicals such as endorphins, improving your emotional state.
- Mindfulness and focus: concentrating on a game can serve as a form of mindfulness, helping you stay present and in the moment.
Feel free to drop in at any time between 2pm and 6pm to partake in the festivities. To ensure your spot, we kindly request you to book in advance. Complimentary refreshments will be provided to all attendees.
