This event is run by Student Advisers in Student Support and Wellbeing Services specifically for students in the Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment.

Motivation and time management are intrinsically linked, and we can’t talk about one without mentioning the other. In this online session, we will be looking at a few questions around motivation and time management, starting with:

  • What is motivation?
  • What are the barriers to motivation?
  • What does time management have to do with motivation?

As we explore what motivation means to us and the obstacles we encounter while trying to stay motivated in our professional/academic and personal lives, we will look further into what we can do to overcome these challenges and some ways to manage our time effectively to keep on track with our short-term and long-term goals and objectives.

This event is open to all Bartlett students and will take place on Teams. You will be sent a Teams link in advance of the session.

Spaces are limited, so be sure to book your spot in advance.
