This class will run for 5 weeks and is part of series that will develop technique, but don’t worry if you can’t make all of them as each class will still be beneficial.

You’ll need:
- somewhere quiet with space to lie down and relax
- you can join in from your bed as there is a good chance you might fall asleep!
