Nidra yoga is a guided mediation class that will help you relax and destress aiding better sleep and reducing stress and anxiety. Meditation can help increase concentration, creativity and productivity

This class will run for 5 weeks and is part of series that will develop technique, but don’t worry if you can’t make all of them as each class will still be beneficial.

You’ll need:

  • somewhere quiet with space to lie down and relax
  • you can join in from your bed as there is a good chance you might fall asleep!
