Classes are beginner friendly and open to all levels of fitness.
No previous yoga experience needed, but as classes are held remotely, please only push yourself as far as you are able and comfortable.
Equipment: You’ll need enough space for a yoga mat, if you have one, and to be able move/swing your arms around when standing, as well as be able to stretch your arms out wide either side of you and overhead when lying down.
If you do not have a yoga mat, that’s ok you just need to find somewhere with carpet/a non slip rug.
A yoga block if you have one, but not necessary, a similar sturdy object will do if you need it to help stabilise when stretching.
Joining Instructions: You’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app. You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom. Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you’ll be emailed a link to join the class closer to the time.
Instructor: Aisha Nash
