Most of us experience stress and anxiety during exam and assessment periods: if you find that your anxiety can sometimes be hard to manage, then this single session introductory workshop to managing exam stress could benefit you.   

You will have a chance to learn about techniques that can help you cope with stress and improve your psychological well being during the exam season and beyond.
