Mindfulness for Exam Stress is a 5 weeks Personal Development Workshop for students beginning Thursday 18th January from 5.30pm to 7.30pm ending on the 15th February.

Most of us experience stress and anxiety during exams or assessments, so if this is something you have noticed, you are not alone. This 5 weeks mindfulness training will help you to prepare yourself ahead of time to manage the exam period: you will have a chance to learn both formal and informal mindfulness practices that can help you address stress, and improve your psychological and physical well-being coming up to, during, and beyond the exam season.

Please note that participants will need to set aside 30 mins per day for home practice, and will need to be able to attend all sessions.
