This five week workshop combines Western psychology with Buddhist meditation practices to explore what self-compassion is, why we all need it and how we can cultivate it.

Course aims
- To explore what self-compassion is, what it’s not and the benefits of self-compassion for confidence
- To explore self-compassion experientially through breath-work and meditation
- To explore how we habitually relate to ourselves under pressure
- To identify and work with personal barriers to self-compassion
- To learn practical tools for self-compassion to use outside the course
Weekly homework tasks will be provided and are strongly recommended to get the most from the experience.
