International Students House (ISH) has released tickets for their annual Christmas Day celebration event!
*Please note that this is not a UCL event, but an event run by an independent organisation - International Students House (ISH).
The day will begin with welcome drinks at 11.45am, followed by a 3 course traditional British Christmas Lunch (Halal Turkey or Vegetarian option) with Christmas Crackers, a screening of the 3 pm Speech by His Majesty the King, followed by a movie or a walk in nearby Regent’s Park. A goodie bag will be provided on departure to tide you over for the rest of the day. Please note that there is no public transport available in London on 25th December, so you will need to plan to come to ISH by taxi / uber, bicycle or walking.
They also have a limited number of short-stay standard single rooms (bathroom on corridor) available for any students or guests who wish to stay at International Students House from mid-December to mid-January. To enquire about room availability, prices and to make a booking, please email accom@ish.org.uk and mention that you are from an ISH member university / have booked a ticket for Christmas Day at ISH.
Student tickets cost £20 and any non-student guests are charged £40. Student IDs will be checked on arrival on 25th December. As ISH is collecting dietary requirements during the booking process, it is not possible to sell group tickets.
The deadline for tickets to be booked is Monday 16th December. All tickets are non-refundable.
