askUCL troubleshooting

Information for current students

If you are an enrolled student you will be able to access askUCL using your UCL User ID and password.

Forgotten your username or password? 

If you have set up the mobile password reset (MyAccount) service you will be able to reset your password online. If you have not set up the MyAccount self-service you will need to contact the ISD Service Desk on +44 (0)20 7679 5000 to resolve any issues you are experiencing accessing the system. 

If your UCL User ID and password are up to date and you believe you should be able to access askUCL but can’t, please contact the askUCLhelp team

Not a UCL student?

If you're not a UCL student you will not be able to log into askUCL. If any of your enquiries are being managed through the system you will receive email updates. If you have any issues please contact the askUCLhelp team
