askUCL troubleshooting

Information for applicants

If you are a UCL applicant you will need to contact the Admissions teams directly.

Information for new students

Once you have received your pre-enrolment email you will be able to generate your UCL MyAccount which will give you access to askUCL within 24 hours.

Information for current students and recent graduates

If you are an enrolled student or recent graduate you will be able to access askUCL using your UCL User ID and password.

Forgotten your username or password? 

If you have set up the mobile password reset (MyAccount) service you will be able to reset your password online. If you have not set up the MyAccount self-service you will need to contact the ISD Service Desk on +44 (0)20 7679 5000 to resolve any issues you are experiencing accessing the system. 

If your UCL User ID and password are up to date and you believe you should be able to access askUCL but can’t, please contact the askUCLhelp team

Not a UCL student?

If you are not a UCL student you will not be able to log into askUCL directly. If any of your enquiries are being managed through the system you will receive email updates with the askUCL branding and you can simply reply to these as you would any email. If you have any issues please contact the askUCLhelp team
