I help UCL students troubleshoot problems that are unable to be resolved through informal means.
My role is to advise and assist UCL students with the resolution of complaints, involving staff or other students or services of UCL. Student Mediation always starts with a one-to-one appointment so we can jointly decide the best course of action.
I always seek to negotiate a resolution between the parties in dispute in an impartial manner and won't direct decision making but enable both parties to put forward their views and facilitate a mutually agreed solution.
