Dr Ricardo Silva to give invited talk at the 2017 Royal Statistical Society Conference

Dr Ricardo Silva will give one of the invited talks at the Grand Challenges in Data-Centric Engineering session of the 2017 RSS Conference. The conference will take place at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, from 4-7 September. 2017.

Dr Silva will speak about prediction and tomography of the London Underground, based on joint work with Dr Nicolo Colombo. This work is partially funded by the EPSRC grant EP/N020723/1. Dr Silva is also supported by the Data-Centric Engineering initiative at the Alan Turing Institute, funded by the Lloyds Register Foundation.
