Reset my password using a phone token

This guide shows you how to re-set your password using MyAccount on your phone.

Before you start

Make sure your phone is already registered with MyAccount.

You need to get a code sent to your mobile phone before you can reset your password.

Go to myaccount.ucl.ac.uk/resetpw.
Enter your UCL user ID.
Enter the last five digits of your mobile number.
Click 'Submit'.
The form will change and you will receive a code on your mobile phone.
Enter the code from your phone and your new chosen password following the guidelines for creating a strong password.
Confirm your password and click ‘Submit’.

Your password has now been changed.
