Record lectures to support student learning

Lecturecast is used to record of lectures (in Lecturecast enabled UCL teaching spaces) to support student learning. Recordings can then be made available to students via Moodle courses.

Before you start

You will need your UCL user ID and Password.

Please note: Lecturecast is for recording taught modules on specific teaching programmes only. Contact the Digital Media team if you need to film other events. Digital Media services are subject to availability and there is a cost attached to each service.

Find out how to:

  • Schedule the recording of your lecture(s) in CMIS. 
  • Make recordings available via your Moodle course. 
  • Edit and manage the recording.
