Find out if my phone is registered for password management

Our password management service is the easiest way to manage your UCL password. If you can't remember whether you are already registered, this guide shows you the steps you need to take to find out.

Before you start

You will need your: 

  • UCL user ID;
  • your password; and
  • your mobile phone number.

It's easy to check whether you are registered for password management on your mobile phone...

Visit myaccount.ucl.ac.uk/registerphone and enter your UCL user ID and your password and click 'Submit'.

If your number is already registered, you will see a notice in red at the top of the page.

The notice reads: ‘You already have a phone number that ends in xxxxx. Registering a new phone number will replace the existing number’.
