Book a social space or room which is not on the booking system

You will need to book certain rooms and spaces through the Room Bookings team, because they’re not available to book on CMISGo.  

Before you start

Check the lists below to see which rooms and social spaces you need to book through the Room Bookings team.

Wilkins Building (Main Building):

  • Upper Terrace
  • Main Quad - North Side
  • Portico
  • Whistler Room

Email roombookings@ucl.ac.uk with the following information:

  1. Your name 
  2. Date of booking 
  3. Start and end times for your booking 
  4. Number of people 
  5. Nature of booking (why do you need the space?) 
  6. Title of the event 
  7. Any portering requests (e.g. specific room layout)  
  8. Whether you’re planning on charging for this event 
  9. Name(s) and organisation(s) of any external speakers 

The Room Bookings team will let you know what's available and confirm the booking. If you need to contact them over the phone, call 020 3108 7577 (UCL ext 57577).
