Book an IOE PC lab

The IOE PC labs (aka cluster rooms) are in the IOE building. You can book them through the CMISGo booking system. 

Before you start

  • Attendees will need their UCL ID card to enter the IOE building.
  • You must email the names of any non-UCL attendees to IOE security team at least two working days before the date of the event. Please email a list of attendees to 20bedfordway.receptionstaff@ucl.ac.uk.

 

  1. Book the room through CMISGo
  2. Send a list of any non-UCL attendees to 20bedfordway.receptionstaff@ucl.ac.uk. Make sure to include the date and time of your booking in the email.
