Arranging /using UCL’s Courier Services

UCL Mail Services provides a full postal and courier service to every department around campus and all outlying sites. 

Before you start

The team arrange to collect the item/s from your office location, obtain quotes from the couriers and arrange collection of the items from the post room for you.  

Departments will be billed monthly for courier usage. 

You will need: 

  • To know the weight, height, width, and depth of the parcel(s) you are having delivered 
  • To know the Project Task and Award numbers so your department can pay for the service as well as the ‘approvers’ name.  
  • To know the delivery address for the items being delivered.
  • Please note incomplete information will delay your request.

1. Contact the UCL post room

Contact the UCL post room courier team to discuss your requirement on 020 3549 5800 (Ext. 65800). 

2. Complete the request form

In order to post your courier items, the Post Room will require the completion of the following request form 

3. Courier Collection

The Mail services team will collect your parcel from your office and arrange delivery for you.  

4. You will be billed monthly

Departments will be billed monthly for courier usage.
