The Vice-Provost (Strategy), Professor Paola Lettieri, leads strategic planning at UCL and is accountable for the Academic Strategy, Strategic Plan and Data Strategy.

Professor Lettieri’s team provides insight and data to inform and align institutional decisions, monitors progress against agreed goals, and shapes responses to external and internal challenges and opportunities.

The team provides expert strategic planning support to UCL faculties and manages UCL data governance.
