One Desk - IT Services

One Desk - IT Services is the first point of contact for all staff and students at UCL supporting computer hardware, software, IT account or other IT related issues. Support is available through a day service and an out of hours service, ensuring 24/7 cover for all IT queries. Our role is to work alongside our colleagues across the PS hub to provide a unified and collaborative professional services offering to UCL. By providing first line support, keeping an eye out for key service improvements, and delivering a compassionate and friendly service our team are able to improve the user experience of IT Services at UCL.
