If you use MyHR or MyFinance, you will already have a training profile to enrol.
For all other users, please wait for five minutes after selecting enrol and do not refresh your page. A training profile will be created for you. After this, future enrolments will be quicker.

Principles of Radiation Safety (SHURS) - self-paced
Course Description: This eLearning course will give you an introduction to radiation safety, monitoring and legislation. It is a prerequisite module for the Safe Handling of Unsealed Radioactive Sources instructor-led course provided by UCL Safety Services and can also be used for refresher training
Objectives: At the end of this eLearning course you will understand the basics of ionising radiation, principles on how to work safely and an overview of the associated legislation in as much as they apply to the laboratory user.
