Course Description: This session is for anyone looking to run workshops of focus groups. Learn how to get the most out of your meetings. Attendees need to complete a pre-course survey within the stipulated time frame. How to support different kinds of individuals in a meeting. Tactics to get the audience engaged. How to ensure as much information as possible is recorded in a session.
