Women in Research: small-group coaching 2
Course Description:

Stuck with a challenge? Join us to gain insights from peers, help solve real life challenges, develop your coaching skills, as well as support women in research at UCL, increase their impact. 

This 90-minute small group coaching session will provide a unique chance to specifically focus on challenges and opportunities you are faced with. The coaching session will be run as an action learning set, with the aim to provide, a safe and trusted environment for all participants. 

Join us to discuss challenges and opportunities you are faced with, gain support, share best practice and support other early career women researchers on their journey.  


By the end of the session, you will be able to: 

- Develop your listening and coaching skills  

- Get familiar with trusted methods enabling empowerment and growth

- Gain insights from other women researchers’ experiences 

- Prioritise solutions and practical steps towards key challenges and opportunities 

- Build connections in a safe environment
