Women in Research: small-group coaching 4
Course Description:

This 1-hour small-group coaching session will provide a unique chance to focus on challenges and opportunities you are faced with specifically. The coaching session will be run as an action learning set to provide all participants with a safe and trusted environment. Join us to discuss challenges and opportunities you are faced with, gain support, share best practices and support other early-career women researchers on their journey.

You will gain the chance to explore challenges and opportunities faced by participants in the group. In addition, the structured process encourages reflection and creative problem solving, enabling women researchers to develop fit for purpose action plans and solutions.

By the end of the session, you will have had a chance to participate and reflect on key topics which impact women in research at UCL. We will draw on our experience and the themes explored throughout the masterclass series.

Please note you will need to have attended Women in Research Masterclass 4 to attend this session.
