Women in Research Masterclass 4:The art of feedback how to give, seek & receive
Course Description:

Women in Research online masterclass series: a dedicated programme to support early-career women researchers at UCL. Join us to get the chance to explore how we can develop our skills, mindsets and wisdom to increase our impact and influence in research and beyond.

Feedback helps us progress and increase our impact, and yet, we often find it hard to receive it. Understanding how people perceive us and what we do can be valuable information to adapt and succeed. Join us and identify how you can redefine the role of feedback and successful methods to give and receive feedback. We will draw on evidence-based research and best practice.
