Coping with Loss
Course Description:

Returning to ' normal life' at work after a personal bereavement can sometimes feel daunting and isolating.

This session will offer a safe space for you to reflect on your needs in the workplace and enable you to share your experiences and listen to others.   It will offer you tools and frameworks to help you navigate the workplace with your new reality to identify how to move forward.

You will be introduced to a small, supportive, internal community of individuals experiencing a common life experience, and you will have an opportunity to talk about how you feel and listen to others.   It is an opportunity to treat yourself with kindness and reflect on what you are feeling right now.   You will better understand what you need and feel more prepared to communicate what you need in the workplace.

*Please note that this session will not take the place of individual bereavement counselling.  Employees should speak to their GP, their own counsellor or HR for further support.
