DSD: Managing your digital profile and social media presence
Course Description:

A coherent online presence has become very important for both researchers and academics. This session will cover key issues and strategies to successfully manage your online presence.

IMPORTANT:

  • Best practice for professional social media accounts on platforms such as X (formally Twitter) and professional networks like LinkedIn, as well as alternatives such as Blue Sky
  • Ideas and strategies to develop your online reach
  • Advice for dealing with online harassment and trolls
