To access MyHR and MyLearning, you will need to use the UCL VPN or Desktop@UCL.

The booking system is open to anyone with an active UCL userID (e.g. ucccabc). The system requires a training profile on MyHR to allocate your place:

• If you use MyHR or MyFinance, you will already have a training profile to enrol.
• For all other users, please wait for five minutes after selecting enrol and do not refresh your page. A training profile will be created for you. After this, future enrolments will be quicker.

Risk Assessment Workshop 3 Approval and Review
Course Description: This virtual instructor-led course will help staff to develop skills in assessing the risks associated with their workplace and complete a suitable and sufficient risk assessment. This is workshop 3 of a 3-part series comprising of the entire risk assessment course. It is recommended that you complete all 3 workshops to equip you with all the necessary skills to conduct a risk assessment. If you have any issues with booking on the Risk Assessment Workshops please email safetytraining@ucl.ac.uk by sending us a copy of your completed eLearning certificate called 'Principles of Risk Assessment' and we will endeavour to book your place. IMPORTANT: Once you have enrolled, please check that you have received a confirmation email from MyLearning. You will also receive an email with a joining link at least one day before the session. Courses start on the hour but please join during the 5 minutes prior to this to download resources and test out your connection/audio.
Objectives: By the end of the course, you will be able to do the following: Understand the risk assessment approval process Understand when a risk assessment would require a review Effectively review a risk assessment
Intended Audience: All staff, managers, postgraduates. Managers, Supervisors and Principal Investigators who are involved in the review and approval process.
