Professor Gabriel Gorodetsky (Quondam Fellow, All Souls College, Oxford) will present this seminar on 'The Maisky Diaries: Revelations of Stalin’s emissary to London', as part of the Modern Russian History seminar series. 

Professor Gorodetsky's research interests focus on the history of Russian and Soviet foreign policy, and his publications include Grand Delusion: Stalin and the German Invasion of Russia (1999, 2001), Mif Ledokola (1995), Stafford Cripps’ Mission to Moscow, 1940-1942 (1984, 2002), and The Precarious Truce: Anglo-Soviet Relations, 1924-1927 (1977, 2008).
