Dr Pawel Bukowski Wins the Scientific Economics Book of the Year Award

Dr Pawel Bukowski won the Scientific Economics Book of the Year award by the Polish daily Puls Biznesu. This is the most important economics book prize in the country.

The book Nierówności nad Wisłą, co-authored by Jakub Sawulski and Michal Brzezinski, aims to raise awareness of inequalities among the Polish audience. It presents an in-depth account of the winners and losers from the Polish transition and proposes ten policies to reduce inequality and sustain economic growth.
