SSEES History now available digitally

We are delighted to announce that the history of SSEES, "History of the School of Slavonic and East European Studies, 1915-2005" by I.W. Roberts, with its second edition revised and extended by Roger Bartlett, is now freely available in digital format via UCL's library catalogue. Thanks to the SSEES Library for this initiative. 

The digitisation makes the book accessible to researchers, students, alumni and anyone interested in the history of Slavonic studies in Britain. It is particularly timely as we approach our series of anniversary celebrations in 2024-25, marking 90 years of SSEES Library’s unique classification system, 25 years since joining UCL, and upcoming UCL's bicentenary.
