Bence Toth successfully passes viva

Congratulations to Bence Toth, who has successfully defended his PhD thesis, "Favouritism in public contracting: Informal practices in a formalised world". External examiners were Jan Meyer-Sahling (University of Nottingham) and Eleanor Woodhouse (UCL Political Science). 

Bence's thesis was supervised by Prof Alena Ledeneva and Dr Allan Sikk.
