Welcome to 3 Academic Visiting Scholars

We are delighted to welcome Professor Alison Smith, Dr Aleksandra Pomiecko, who have joined the School as Visiting Fellows in Term 2 of the academic year 2021/22, and Dr Samuel Foster, who is here as a Visiting Scholar in Term 2. The Academic Visitors Scheme brings opportunities for short and longer term research visits to SSEES. Spread the word as the application deadline for the next academic year is 15 February 2022. The Scheme aims to further enrich our research culture, develop and promote links with other universities and scholars, provide the staff and research students at SSEES with the opportunity to learn from and work with scholars outside SSEES, and offer external academics the opportunity to undertake research at SSEES as well as initiate and continue collaborations with our staff.
