CHIRP Award and Marie Curie

Congratulations to Alena Ledeneva and Roxana Bratu who have secured a grant of £5,000 from the UCL Centre for Humanities Interdisciplinary Research Projects (CHIRP) towards the creation of a website on an Encyclopaedia of Informality, together with the Centre for Digital Humanities.

Also, negotiations have been finalised with the European Commission for a Marie Curie grant to support the training and career development of researchers. This October postdoctoral research fellow Peter Berta will be joining SSEES to work with Alena.
