SSEES hosted a Foreign and
Commonwealth Office roundtable discussion with HE Mr Skender Hyseni, then Minister
of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, chaired by Andrew Sparkes, then HM Ambassador to
Pristina. The discussion focused on economic development in Kosovo,
multi-ethnicity, Kosovo's European future and the rule of law and responsible
government and was felt to be an extremely open and informative exchange of views.
