The MB Grabowski Prize

MB Grabowski Prize for a Final Year Undergraduate Student with outstanding contribution to Polish studies.

1. The MB Grabowski prize is awarded on the recommendation of the Director of the School of Slavonic and East European Studies.

2. The prize is awarded to a final-year undergraduate student who has shown excellence in the study of Poland, in any one of the four programmes: Languages and Culture; History; Politics and Sociology, Economics and Business. Consideration will be given to the overall profile over the years of the degree and to performance on a final-year dissertation or courses related to Poland.

3. The total value of the prize is £150. The prize might be shared between two nominees.

4. The recommendations will be made by the relevant Examination Boards. Final decisions will be made by the Director with the Chair of the Board of Examiners.

5. The Award shall be announced in the summer.

6. Awards are subject to the provision of the General Regulations.
