According to the Finnish Embassy there are approximately 30,000 Finns living in the UK, most of them in London. Finnish can be heard spoken, for example, by tourists in Oxford Street, Finnish women who have moved to Britain for love, students of Finnish at UCL and other colleges, and Finns working in London temporarily.
