UCL Undergraduate Open Days

The in-person UCL Undergraduate Open Days take place on Friday 28th June and Saturday 29th June. 

SSEES will be open for visitors and will deliver taster sessions and lectures. Please ensure you have booked a place on the Open Day of your choice to attend any of the sessions below (individual sessions do not need to be booked - simply turn up): 

Friday 28 June

Russian Language Taster Session, 11.00 - 12.00: Try out a Russian language class, open to all! (Room 346, SSEES, 16 Taviton St)

Economics and Business/Politics and Sociology Taster Lecture, 12.00 - 13.00: Suitable for anyone interested in Economics and Business, Politics, Sociology and East European Studies, History, Politics and Economics, or just curious about what we do at SSEES! (Room 347, SSEES, 16 Taviton St)

History, Politics and Economics Taster lecture 14.00 - 15.00: Suitable for anyone interested in History, Politics and Economics, or just curious about what we do at SSEES! (Room 347, SSEES, 16 Taviton St)

Drop in Q&A Sessions with Admissions Manager and current students: 10.00 - 13.00, and 14.00 - 16.00: The team will be around to answer any questions you may have about studying at the School and what it's like to be a student here. (Masaryk Common Room, SSEES, 16 Taviton St)

SSEES building tour: 10.30 - 11.00, 11.30 - 12.00 and 15.00 - 15.30. Student ambassadors will be leading tours around the SSEES building. (Foyer, SSEES Building, 16 Taviton St). 

Saturday 29 June

Bulgarian Language Taster Session, 11.00 - 12.00: Try something new! Open to anyone interested in languages, SSEES or just wants to give something different a try. (Room 346, SSEES, 16 Taviton St)

Politics and Sociology Taster Lecture, 11.30 - 12.30: Suitable for anyone interested in Politics, Sociology and East European Studies, History, Politics and Economics, or just curious about what we do at SSEES! (Room 347, SSEES, 16 Taviton St)

History, Politics and Economics Taster lecture 14.00 - 15.00: Suitable for anyone interested in History, Politics and Economics, or just curious about what we do at SSEES! (Room 347, SSEES, 16 Taviton St)
