We are bringing together an expert panel discussing the Ukrainian ‘scandal’ that kicked off the whole process, the current impeachment proceeding and it’s likelihood of success and the implications of this turn of events for 2020 US elections and wider consequences for democratic institutions in the US, Ukraine, and Eastern Europe, the land in between.
