Putin back in Power: Lord of misrule?

Come along at 6pm on March 15^th to hear a talk by the eminent historian Professor Robert Service, well-known to many of you from his years teaching at SSEES, and more widely for his many books on twentieth-century Russian and Soviet history. Now he has turned his attention to Putin. As ever the talk precedes a convivial get-together.
